Medic Galleria International (MGi) is a premier real estate development company behind MGi Paradise, a landmark residential project located in Bahria Paradise, Islamabad. With a prestigious development in one of Pakistan’s most desirable locations, MGi needed a marketing strategy powerful enough to match the scale and ambition of their project.

The Challenge

Real estate buyers, particularly those investing in high-value residential projects, make decisions based on trust, presentation, and visibility. MGi needed to reach serious buyers and investors across Pakistan, including the overseas Pakistani community, and generate a consistent flow of qualified leads for MGi Paradise. The result was a 420% increase in qualified buyer enquiries and a 52% reduction in cost per lead through Meta Ads alone.
